Seller
- Affidavit on Stamp Paper of Rs.30/- duly attested by Notary Public
- 3 Specimen Signature & Thumb Impression
- Original transfer letter / allotment letter
- A photocopy of a valid CNIC
- Bring original valid CNIC at the time of transfer
- Sale agreement on stamped paper duly attested by a Notary Public
- 2 Valid CNIC photocopies of witnesses.
Purchaser
- Undertaking on stamp paper of Rs.20/- duly attested by Notary Public
- 3 specimens Signature and Thumb Impression
- Bring original valid CNIC at the time of transfer
- Authority Letter duly signed by purchaser (in case purchaser is not present)
- A photocopy of the original valid CNIC
- Recent photographs (2 Nos)
- Valid CNIC photocopy of Witness
NOTE:
- All government taxes must be paid in cash.
- Transfer fees may be paid with a pay order or by cash deposit into the company’s account.
- Both seller and purchaser must bring their original valid CNIC at the time of transfer.
